If student signs into the course and does not cancel within 48 hours before the course date they will be charged a fee of $10 dollars. (which is why the card has to stay on file)  If student does not sign in they will not be allowed inside the course. Cancellation Policy

Keep in mind that in order to be able to reschedule you have to notify us FOUR DAYS (96 HOURS) BEFORE your course start date. Cancelation? A credit for our site will be provided for you in the case of a full refund request, Refunds will not be granted if you do not meet the 96 hours requirements. (In the case of an emergency, please e-mail us and we can provide you with further steps to follow. REFUND IS GUARANTEED. PLEASE ONLY SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT IT.)
